When I am parking or driving slow the steering is very light. When I speed my the steering tightens up. But it is the the same feeling of when the steering is on it way out and it goes hard. I have been told this is the way the new power steering works.

They have power steering like that they give more power steering when going slower when need .Then less when driving faster to tighten up the steering for better handling when driving faster. Makes perfect sense. my car does that and it is s 1999 car.
