Okay, that is an easy one to check. However, you will most likely need to do this several times to confirm.
I suspect there is an issue with fuel pressure drop off. The easiest thing to try is simply allow the fuel pump to prime the system before you crank the engine.
Here is what to do:
1) Turn the key to the run position (engine off) and count to 5 then turn it off.
2) Repeat step 1 three times. On the 4th time, see if it starts normally.
If it does and continues to work properly, then my suspicion is correct.
The other way to test for pressure drop off is by using a fuel pressure gauge. Basically you test pressure with the key on and then when you turn the key off, it should maintain pressure to a degree. Here is a link that shows how this is done:

The problem with both of these tests is that it is an intermittent problem. When you check, the problem may not be present. So, the easiest thing to do is the cycling the key as I mentioned. Do this all the time for a week and see if the problem shows up or not. If it happens often, it most likely can be determined in less time.
