I came out I notice my visor light isn't working. So I go to try and start the car and I see the radio light on. I 'm like shoot but I have never had a dead battery act like this when in the on position it will make a kind of like tape coming out the deck sound and the rpm's drop below zero. I just got dash lights for a send there is no turn over nothing.

Hi Stephanie,

This sounds like a dead battery. What happens when the voltage is really low, is the vehicle acts like it is possessed. The gauges will jump erratically and it makes a real odd clicking noise. I have never heard it described like a tape coming out of a deck but that is very accurate.

Get a jump start and then retest everything after the battery is recharged or replaced.

Let me know if you still have issues after that but we need to get the battery addressed first and then retest everything.
