Key is locked in ignition

key is locked in starter and will not turn.

Unfortunately this issue happens on these for a number of reasons. I attached the info needed to determine what the issue is but we are going need a scan tool to look at the computer info to see what the issue may be.

If you don't have access to the scan tool then we are going to need to take it to a shop or a dealer.
