Hello!

I have been doing a lot of repairs on this vehicle, but most recently it started to stall mainly on idle, the worst was on the highway and there was a slowdown and I hit about 20 MPH. It doesn't happen right away, usually about 20-30 minutes of driving time goes by before then. I notice my emergency brake light randomly turns on and off, as well as my service vehicle soon light but less often.

I've replaced spark plugs, the wiring, coils, fuel filter, and a few others fairly recently. The fuel pump was replaced a few years back. I have gotten to the point where when I come to a stop, I have to hold the brake pedal and rev the engine a bit while I wait to move again.

Any thoughts or advice?

This sounds like a vacuum leak, or the IAC needs to be replaced here are two guides to help you fix the problem and the location of the IAC motor in the images below. Also check the gasket for the throttle body, I have seen those go out as well.

Only use this guide when the engine is cold:

You should service the throttle body and IAC passages. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Alright, so I replaced the IAC and didn't see any leaks, but replaced the hose leading to MAPS as it was old and cracking. There were 2 codes (33 and 43) and then there was one for the vacuum before replacing anything.

It now seems to start better and run a bit easier while accelerating, but the rough idle and stalling are the same. I've also noticed my oil pressure gauge drops and sticks close to about 5lbs once the truck fully warms up. It used to only do that when the oil was low, but after checking and topping it, the pressure still drops.

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.
