About once every day, the "stability system active" advisory illuminates and the truck decelerates. It normally feels like the front left wheel gets the most bite as I can feel it in the floorboard. It normally lasts for a few seconds before deactivating. Sometimes I have to manually de-select the stability control to disengage it though. This is on normal roads, dry, and un-aggressive driving. Usually right after, the "service stability" light comes on as well. Any thoughts? Thanks!

It may be an ABS problem as it will knock off stability as well as traction controls. Have a pro scan it.

After looking through tsb's there is one for the steering wheel position sensor making poor contact that may be causing this as well as another for reprogramming but it will have ot be scanned first. It may also be a bad yaw rate sensor.
