Looking for diagram showing how to assemble the lock out switch on the vehicle listed above SSR 4 door with manual transmission.
I acquired the car very cheep because it had a broken strut. Got it home found that it had lost a nut, replaced it and that’s good to go. But while going over the car I noticed that the shifter had been disassembled and whomever did it, when they put it all back together neglected to connect the reverse lockout.
So I’m trying to find a blown up diagram showing how to connect it and where.
Thanks in advance.
Tony

Not sure we are on the right vehicle as I show the GT-R was not released until 2007 but was preceded by the Skyline. However, I don't show that being offered here in the USA so are we talking about the right vehicle?

However, please see below for the shifter that we do have on a similar vehicle.

It appears the lockout is part of the shifter so I am thinking we your vehicle is equipped differently.

Please review the diagram that we have and let us know what you find with this.

Thanks

I apologize, I didn’t realize I had typed SSR when it should’ve been SRS. And there was no listing under “Model” when I filled in the vehicle information, before I asked my question. GTR was the only thing I saw. So anyway, might you happen to know what body style/motor and components are similar to a 2005 Nissan SRS with manual transmission?

Hi Tony,

I believe you are referring to the Nissan Sentra SE-R, is that correct?

Thanks Bill. I suspect you are correct and if that is correct Tony, then there are not may 2005 vehicles but any other 2.5L from model years all the up through 2011. Basically the QR25DE motor was not changed much so this is going to be pretty much the same.

Let us know what specifics you are looking for and I am sure we can figure something out. Thanks
