Squealing noise from driver's front wheel

My car has started squealing on the driver's front tire for about a week now when driving it and when stopped I pushed on the tire and it makes the same noise. I replaced the brakes and tires. I'm somewhere in between brakes rubbing away bar or a ball bearing. Trying figure out what it is.

Does it make noise while steering or rolling down the road?

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. It sounds like the bearing hub is going out which is common. Here are the instructions to replace it in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
