Squeeking Noise at the front

I have a 2005 ford explorer truck drives like a baby love it ...I have this annoying squeaking noise at the front end
my comfort drive is excellent she still drives like a baby
but if I even stand on the foot bar passenger side front end
and move up and down she squeaks

if I turn I get the squeak and pumps basically any speed

basically the noise is annoying but I am concerned as too what is causing this noise
help....!!!
