Just bought this vehicle used. Rode great first couple of days.
Then brakes started squealing every time I touched them.
This morning when I took my daughter to bus stop (we are in Florida but 40 degrees is freezing to us) while I was in drive just idling I heard a metal clanking that sounded like it was coming from underneath the truck right beneath drivers seat. The clanking stops when I put it in park. I couldn't look underneath while in drive because I was alone.
I'm freaking out. Single mom with four daughters. If they sold me a lemon, God help them. Jeez.
Help please!

This sounds like you have brake issues. If they are making noise when you press them then most likely they just need to be replaced.

Here is a guide that goes through in general how to do this:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-replace-front-brake-pads-and-rotors-fwd

Then I attached below the process from the manual on how to replace them from the manual.

However, if you just bought this from a business then I am sure they have some sort of short warranty. Even if it is just a few months of a warranty, most do back their used cars so I would take it back and ask they take care of it for you.
