When I start the vehicle it sputters, and I have to keep my foot on the gas and brake when I come to a stop light because it wants to stall. Sometimes runs good on a straightway. I have changed TPS, coil packs spark plugs 02 sensors. What could be the problem?

When an engine stalls at idle it means there can be a vacuum leak or you need to service the throttle body, also we should run the codes if these three guides do not fix it. Use this guide when the engine is cold only. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can see how the engine is running when it stalls? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

Here is a guide to help you gather the trouble codes:

Please go over these guides and report back.
