The splash guard in under the passenger side of my car came off coming out of a car wash. I have an appointment to have it repaired or replaced tomorrow afternoon. Is it ok to drive it to work tomorrow morning without the splash guard? I'd be taking it to be repaired after work.

Hello,

As long as you aren't driving through torrential rain or standing water, you will be fine. The splash guard is there to keep rain from getting on your belt(s) and/or going up the air cleaner duct. If it is raining, you might hear some squeaking but nothing to worry about.

Let us know how it goes,
William

This is great news, and how did the repair go? Were they able to repair the existing splash shield or did it require a full replacement?
