Sound coming from the speedometer dashboard zone and sometimes engine stalls?

A strange sound is heard from the speedometer dashboard zone and sometimes engine stalls. Low clicking sound.

Thanks for the video. It is hard to tell if the engine has a low idle and that is making the noise or if something electronic is causing the issue. Can you raise the engine slightly to see if the noise goes away? If so, I don't think the noise has to do with the engine stalling. Please let me know and in the meantime this guide can help you.
