White smoke coming out of tail pipe when start up, and frequently disappear when on speed. Please what can I do?

White smoke from the tail pipe is a sign of burning engine coolant. That is almost always due to a leaking cylinder head gasket. Your mechanic can verify that with a chemical test at the radiator. The additional clue is the coolant level will be dropping in the reservoir.
