Slipping out of third gear

Randomly slips out of third gear when engine braking, uses its clutch fluid from full to empty within a month and bites from first to second and second to third, but smooth on third to forth and fifth. Need advise seeing I have only had the car for roughly a month and a half now and don't know Skylines well enough to know if this is a common issues or otherwise, cheers.

This usually means the transmission is worn out and needs to be rebuilt. Here is a video of a transmission being removed in a different car but the procedure is the same:
