My short runner valve flaps have broken off completely over cylinder 6. Had a hard time finding a new intake manifold with everything (SRV, PCV, EGR, ex, ) for that year (07) but found a 206 same 3.5l. That looked like mine at the junk yard I hooked it up. Everything fit perfectly but the SRV actuator and MTV actuator (located at the front of engine). The Bolts and plugs were a different configuration and the plugs on the '07 was a 5-pin plug and the new manifold has a plug with 2 pin female plugin on the SRV actuator and MTV actuator but everything else perfect. M. It was second hand I can't return it. So my question is is it possible to take the 6 pin plug(07) and re pin it to fit the 2 pin plug (06) on the actuators . Is that possible. I cant
Find a wiring schematic or pinout map online unless I pay for it which I don't want to pay for because I dont even know if it's possible. Seems like u should be able to. Maybe I'm not looking it up properly Idk thank you hope this makes sense lol

Unfortunately, they are not interchangeable. The early production 2 wire is basically an on/off system. The solenoid simply moves the valve. The 07 and later use a feedback circuit that tells the ECU where the valve is, and it will set a code if that piece isn't connected and working. While you could use the 07 part on the 06 with some re-pinning, the other way doesn't work because the sensor isn't there. The attached are the wiring diagrams. You need the potentiometer that doesn't exist on the 06. To make it worse there are 3 different versions of that intake. There is the early 06 which has no sensors on either runner solenoid, then the late 06 part that has a sensor for one solenoid and then the 07 which has the feedback for both solenoids. It sounds like you have the early production 06 intake but need the 07 version. I'm not sure if you can change the solenoids themselves over though, never really looked.
