Shop hours for certain work

Can you give me an idea how many hours is involved to do the following:

Change timing belt, water pump, tensioners.
Replace head gaskets with bolts, cam seals, front main seal
Replace valve cover gaskets, tube seals, spark plugs.
Replace radiator hoses, serpentine belt.

I believe most of this work other than the timing belt stuff is pretty much along the removal path for the timing belt and water pump.
