If none of the gear indicator lights are turning on, we either have a fuse/power issue with the powertrain control module or the PCM or Range Sensor has failed. None of which makes sense because you were working inside the vehicle.
I attached the wiring schematic below for the transmission circuit. I highlighted two fuses that are located in the under-hood fuse panel. Check these fuses for condition and make sure there is power to and from them.

If they are good and have power, we next need to check the connectors at the PCM (under the hood) and the range sensor on the transmission.
As I mentioned. This isn't making sense because you were working inside the vehicle, but something is preventing the gear indicator lamp from working, so in essence, the vehicle doesn't realize it's in gear. The signal for the gear indicator comes from the range sensor, so that is the next thing to check if the fuses are good.
The odd thing about this is you only have codes related to the HVAC.
Let me know what you find.
Take care,
joe
See pics below. I highlighted wires of interest for you. One last thought, I found something of interest. The PRNDL indicator grounds at the left kick panel. That may be of interest. See pics 3 and 4. That is the instrument panel schematic. There should be a black wire with a white tracer (left kick panel) that is ground. Locate that wire and trace it to make sure it hasn't been damaged.
