Multiple engine codes

Do these codes lead you to any type of suspicion about where the problem is in general? My friend has it, and this is what it's showing.

The codes are all over the place. One is a small evap leak, one is a catalytic converter issue, barometric pressure sensor, fuel rail pressure sensor, and so on.

If I had to guess, I suspect there is a wiring issue (5v reference signal) to the fuel pressure sensor and the barometric pressure sensor.

Is the vehicle running normally or are there specific conditions?
