Everytime I start the car it flashed on the dash. Trying to figure out what that means and is there a fix "service electronic stability control" and does it affect the check engine light

That can be caused by multiple issues. To start you need a scan tool that can read all of the modules in the vehicle. Most of the lower end ones cannot read those, they instead read most of the engine and emission codes. For this you need one that can read the engine, transmission. ABS and the stability systems.

Once you know the codes and what the PCM sees as a problem you can start testing the pieces to figure out the actual bad part(s). Without them you could replace a lot of expensive parts without repairing the issue.
