I have been told that my tensioner pulley and belt need to be replaced. I may end up having to do the repairs myself. I need to know what all I will need and if it is possible or even a good idea to attempt the repair myself

it depends on what your ability is you may have to pull the front motor mount off if it has one so wold require jacking motor up. change the tensioner as well if you change the belt.
