Hello, you may have a pulley that is partially seized up and it is ripping the belt apart. Did you try rotating each pulley by hand first to see that all have smooth operation? Also, have you been running your A/C lately? It's also possible that the A/C compressor when engaging the clutch on the front of the compressor, that the compressor might be not spinning as much as it should (partially seized) and it's the cause of the belt issues. Or a misaligned pulley.
Is this an L100 or L200?
