I am trying to find the over timing retarded sensor. Would you know where they are located?

There is no single sensor for the timing. It is computer controlled using the camshaft and crankshaft sensors along with engine rpm and knock sensors.

What is the issue you have or code you are seeing? That may lead to a better answer.

Well with those codes the problem isn't in any of the sensors, The sensors are working and telling the computer that there is a problem with the cam/crank timing. Basically the timing chains have stretched and that is changing the cam/crank timing enough to cause a problem. This is common with the newer multi chain engines because they use smaller chain. To repair it requires replacing the timing chains, tensioners and guides.
