Hello, my car was parked this summer and at one point the alarm was triggered and the battery went dead. Once the battery was charged the central locking system doesn't work and the vehicle has not started since. The fuel pump is working, the crankshaft position is working, the engine cranks but does not fire. Any reset using the key fob isn't possible because it hasn't worked since I purchased the car, 7 years ago. Also, once the battery is charged and connected it drains quickly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hello,

The battery sounds bad.To be sure this guide will help you load test it. Also can I ask if the security light is flashing when you try to crank the engine over?

Check the battery and reset the alarm system let me know what happens.
