Lights and stay on drained two batteries. how do I unplug it or get it to stop it is cracked?

Do me a favor and feel the carpet behind the driver seat and on the front passenger side floor area. These areas are prone to getting wet due to a faulty evaporator plenum drain and will fill up with water and affect the wiring, specifically the communication network splices because they were never sealed from the factory for some strange reason, and will make things go bananas! to say the least!
