Seat belt chime, flashing light

I have an 2006 Saturn Vue with the Honda 3.5v6 it has just under 75,000 miles on it. My problem is the seat belt chime keeps coming on and off while I am driving, also the seat belt light (drivers side) comes on every time it chimes and I am buckled in with the seat belt on. I have tried taking it on and off a bunch of times nothing, I thought it might be on passenger side so I did the same thing there with the belt unbuckled and buckled a lot of times and still nothing. It has to be on the drivers side because driver's side seat belt light comes flashing on while it chimes. It will stop for a little bit and then starts right on chiming again with the light and its driving me crazy! Is there anyway to disable this? I looked in the Saturn manual, but I could find nothing on this matter. I had the key cylinder replaced while it was still under warranty about 6 months ago by an authorized Chevrolet dealer, could that possibly have anything to do with it? Any help would be appreciated.
