I have attached a pic of the controls. Make sure switch one is off and switch 2 is on. If you leave switch 1 on it only re-circulates inside air and builds up moisture. This is only used in the summer when you have the AC on high and you want to super cool the air. It takes the inside air and continues to cool it. Or, if you are driving through smoke or dust you can select switch 1 and it closes off the outside vents. When you have 1 off and switch 2 on, it bring fresh outside air into the vehicle and helps keep the moisture out when using the heater or AC.
