Please understand, this model vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my manuals don't include such information. However, I will try my best to help.
First, I assume you are referring to the fuel test port (Schrader). If there is one, it will be located on the fuel rail. However, some vehicles don't have a test port and require the fuel pressure gauge to be adapted at a fuel filter, where the fuel supply line attaches to the fuel rail and so on.

PS: I know that GM manufactured these up until 2008. Is this something different than a truck?
