Hello,

These codes are calling out slow feedback from the oxygen sensors and come up when there is an exhaust leak how does the car sounds when running? Can you shoot a quick video and upload it here so I can see what is going on?

Please let us know what you find.

Cheers

The car seems to operate and sound as it always did except the check engine light is on.

The codes indicate you may have a small exhaust leak near the converter very likely a small leak at an exhaust gasket between the front pipe and the rear under the van. You may not even hear it if it is real small. But it is enough to set a code. It can damage the converter so the light comes on even if it is not enough to make the engine run strange.

P0133 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response = It should switch from lean to rich at a faster rate but it is not.

P2096 - Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 1 = The O2 sensor in the convertor is seeing excessive oxygen in the exhaust.

In the picture the four bolt flange gasket in front of the converter is a likely suspect. The bolts rot off or the gasket fails and air can be drawn in.
