1998 Saturn SL1 works then quits

I can turn my ac on and heat on the highest output and it gradually goes down almost blowing nothing out.

Hi when this happens, does the fan sound the same when it doe this. Or does it sound like the fan is slowing down, sorry to ask you but it will help me understand what is going on with this car. Ty billymac
