We just had the oil changed. The car seems to be running fine. However, we get a very low reading on the oil dipstick when the engine is cold, warm, and hot. Could the engine slowly be burning the oil?
What else could be happening

Hi there,

top the oil up to the correct full mark, not the mileage and drive the car for a week or so, re check and note how much oil is added (if any) and post this with the mileage covered in that week, and the oil weight, i,e 20w-50 etc...
