Engine Cooling problem
1995 Saturn SL1 4 cyl Automatic 211068 miles

on my 1995 saturn with 211068 miles, my engine cooling fan does not come on. I checked the 30 amp fuse and its good. I pulled the plug from the fan and tested the plug but nothing. What could be causing this problem and how can I repair it?

Under hood in relay box find cooling fan relay I believe there are two swap them. Do you have AC? If yes turn on do fans come on? Also there is a temp sender that senses when to turn fan on.
