how hard is it to change valve seals on my 92 saturn. Should i get a book to help me. Thank you

There's only two ways to change the valves on that car remove the head and take the valve springs off replace the seals because there under the valve spring.or put each cyclinder on top dead center with both valves closed.remove the rockshafts rockers lifters all that and pressure the cyclinder with air to hold the valves up and closed and use a special tool to remove the valve spring keeps and then remove the spring and the seal.then replace the seal and put the spring and keeps back on.it's not the easiest job to do ethier way.hope this helps u decide if u want to do it or not.let me know if u have anymore questions.
