The first thing I would look for on that high idle is a vacuum leak. Check the hose going from the intake manifold to the pcv for a hole and check the hose's on the back of your throttle body injection for leak's especially the one that goes from the back of the throttle body injection to the map sensor. As far the noise goes you will need pop your belt off and spin the a/c compressor pulley by hand if the bearing is bad you will hear it roar. Then pop off your idler pulley put your finger in the bearing hole and spin it if the bearing is bad you will feel it. You could also take a long screwdriver and use it to listen and narrow the noise down, Just don't get it caught up it the spinning belt.
