1994 Saturn SC2 Front Wheel Drive Manual

My little brother was on his way to my house last Friday when he had a blow out in his Saturn SC2. Well after he changed the tire he tried to start the car and it was to no avail. I came out to check on the car and noticed that the inner fenderwell was gone and there were broke wires hanging. I was able to change a fuse and splice 5 of the 7 wires that were ripped apart and Got it back to his house. I then redid my splices with barrel connectors and zip tied the harness higher up on the fender. Well the next morning he drove it to work and it ran fine, but when he went to drive it home he had to put the throttle all the way to the floor to get it to crank, and then it idled weird and died. The next day I went over there checked my connections and drove the car for about 30-45 minutes and it drove fine. I even cut the car off and back on multiple times to make sure it was fixxed. Well I pulled back in the driveway and cut it off then when I went to cut it back on it started doing the same thing to me. I had to give it full throttle to crank then even with the pedal to the floor it just kinda bogs. After 3,000 rpm it is fine. And it won't idle. It's really a hit or miss thing. Is this a common problem with these cars? Where does the harness run to and from? Are there any easier ways to access it? Please help he really needs his car to run right and I am lost. Thank you for your time.

Also does anyone know a good webshot of the wiring diagram for that harness. The fuse I had to change twice was PCMb I think.

That's the engine harness that run's from the pcm to engine.I emailed you the wire diagram and a diagram of where the pcm is. Sometimes when the tire blow's out I have seen that harness get yanked and it break's the pcm and where the connector's plug into it.I have had to replace pcm's because of blow out's. From the way your going it sound's like your best bet would be to replace the harness. You could try to find one a pick a part.
