2002 Saturn SC1 battery died

I started my car and when i hit the gas all the gauges stopped working untill it went back to idle. The head lights would work but none of the dash lights will. Then a day later, my battery was completly dead and when I jumped my car it was doing the same thing.

u need to make sure ur battery cables are clean and tight and have ur battery charged and tested.then i would have ur alternator tested when u get that done let me know what u dind.
