Nothing happens when I turn the key.

I have a 93 saturn 4 cylinder with about 200000miles on it. The car had been acting normal and then it just would not start. I replaced the battery after having it checked and being told I needed a new one and the car still wont start. All the lights work and the radio but when you turn the key nothing happens. Except for the lights and radio comes on. What could this be?
