1995 Saturn SL2-- Air Conditioner Problem

I own a 1995 Saturn SL2. It has 166,511 miles on it. I have a problem with the air conditioner not pushing air out the dash. It works fine on defrost and the floorboard. Even when I put the control on dash it comes out the defrost vents. I would appreciate some help. I live in the south and it will get really hot in a couple of months. At least the air conditioner works, but it sure would be better blowing out the dash.
