Disclaimer: I have never done this specifically.
There is a bolt located in the middle of the tensioner. Simply put a wrench on it and turn counter-clockwise to remove.
The bigger question is, why are you removing the tensioner? Is it broken or are you trying to remove the belt? If you are trying to remove the belt, removing the tensioner is not how you do it!
