2001 Saturn L200 switch ignition?

2001 Saturn L200 alot miles

When i put the key into the ignition it wont turn.. i know it has something to do with the tumblers.. I dont know what to do.. Do i call a locksmith? Can they fix it? And i cant find the part i need because saturn has shut down and they arent making the part... sOooo.. please help me.. i dont know what to do!! THANX

So ur ingition key is stuck in the lock postion where u pull the key out?if so u need a new ingition lock cyclinder.what u can do to turn it for now to turn it is without the key in it get a hammer and tap on th key hole where the key goes in trying tapping easy then try the key if ut doesn't turn then tap harder and try it again keeping tapping harder each time u try the key.before u start tapping on the key cyclinder remove the key bezel it justs pops off.let me know what happens.
