It's about 19 degrees F but feels like it's about 0. The engine turns over but very slowly. I hear clicking like it's trying to start and the lights work, but it won't start. This car has been nothing but problems for the past few months. Oil leak, fuel pump went out, serpentine belt broke, coolant system failed....all have been repaired but what is up with it now? Please help I don't have money to deal with any more issues!!!

Could be the battery due to extreme weather condition -check the battery condition and connections

Is it cranking over and will not start or just won't crank at all/nothing??

It's cranking over (albeit slowly) and will not start. I am afraid to keep trying it for fear I will run the battery out.
