2003 Saab 9-3 repair Question rear tail light

The "housing" that holds the rear tail light buls has shorted out on the passenger side of my car. What is this part called and where could I get a replacement?

For a Saab that will be a dealer item, unless you can find one on Ebay or the such.It will be difficult to put an exact name on it since car makers all have their own names for the same parts. Looks like it is called a light plate/ lamp assembly.
