I have2000saab9.3turbo problem. While driving, all of a sudden the speedometer goes to 0 and all warning lights come on, the brake warning light, abs brake warning light, the swerving car light (don't know what that's called), and sometimes the main engine failure light. Then several minutes later, all of a sudden the speedometer starts working again and all failure lights go out.. I also noticed that the top won't go down when this is occurring. What is going on? This has happened 2-4 times a day for the past few days. Any ideas

Hey what's up, sorry to say but u have a brake abs unit which is faulty, have code check if it is found that it is the electrical section that has the problem, then you can get that section repaired for about, $140 include shipping both ways, electrical unit section can be removed alone without take out complete unit & having to bleed brake system out after refitting, car can also still be driven until u get back repaired section, note dash lights will still be on. Use internet to locate site of company that perform repairs to abs brake units for saabs.
