runs rough bog s out when pressing the accelerator

all started with a simple spark plug change. i have dropped gas tank cleaned, new fuel filter, first and third cylinders received new spark plug boots and modules. checked fuses, cleaned all sensors, replaced intake manifold and everything attached with used ones. took out fuel rail and injectors cleaned and put back. I think I zeroed out my cumputor all with the same end results . bogs out when gas is pushed.
