Running hot, cooling fan fuse location

Where do I find the fuse to check to see if my fan is running? Will I hear it run?

Hi,

It is on the left frame rail. Attached is a diagram showing where it is. You can hear it sometimes. However, I would just get the engine hot and then turn on the A/C and the fan should come on.
