RPM's stay up

There is no check engine light. When releasing the gas pedal the rpm's stay up at or around 2 gradually go down. I've replaced crank sensor, knock sensor and plugs. It was stalling that went away, but couple weeks later this problem came along. Please help

I would service the throttle bore first. Here is a guide to help we should also run the codes even though there is no light:

I cleaned throttle body at the same time I replaced sensors. It is lacking power on take off.

Lets check for vacuum leaks. also please remove the MAP sensor to see if it holds vacuum. And did you run the codes?

Does the MAP sensor hold vacuum? I would try replacing the sensor I have seen them cause high idle. If that does not work I would replace the PCM with a rebuilt or used unit. Here is the location. If you get a rebuilt one give your VIN so it can be programmed. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.
