Yep. That is the issue. Clearly if you have low compression on one cylinder then that will cause a misfire. Your minimum spec on compression is 130 PSI.
Long story short, we need to find the cause of the low compression on that cylinder. The knock sensor issue can be addressed after the compression is fixed.
Since you found low compression, we now need to find out where we are loosing that compression. You do this by performing a cylinder leakage test. Basically you set that cylinder on TDC on the compression stroke and then put about 20 PSI of compressed air to the cylinder and listen to the intake, exhaust pipe, bubbling in the cooling system, and oil fill cap for where you hear air escaping. This will tell you which component in the combustion chamber is leaking.
