Rough idle

The car will start but idles rough, then shuts off when put in gear and accelerated. Had fuel flow but changed fuel pump anyway and checked and cleaned fuel filter. Someone said coil packs. I do not have any idea. Can someone please help?

Sounds as if you have a misfire or a vacuum leak. Do you know how best to check for a vacuum leak? Can you do a compression test? When were the spark plugs last changed?
