What is the maximum thickness of rotor disks allowable for resurfacing in order to remove distortion effect of the disc?

If you already have a pulsation problem, I would not even attempt to cut them. Rotors get distorted due to excess heat. If you machine that rotor it will have less metal on it than when it was new and it will distort again even quicker. The price of rotors now is so cheap, it is not worth cutting them any more.
