Roaring noise when driving 10 to 45 MPH

So, when my truck is running between 10 and 45 MPH there is a roaring noise on the passenger side of my engine, and the A/C will stop cooling in and out. The compressor stays running, but it won't be cool air. It's not an exhaust leak. Not rotor noise. Not misfiring. Transmission shifts fine. I've recently fixed just about everything you can think of. All coil packs. All plugs. Catalytic converter on bank 1 side. Cleaned throttle body and intake system. It's just lacking power between that 10 and 45 MPH. Could ignition coils be the culprit? I'm running out of ideas on what the issue could be.

It sounds like you may have two problems, the first I would check the fan clutch because it sounds like it is locked up which will cause the noise and the low power you have described. Please start a new question for the A/C problem
